After my rental term is complete, can I extend the rental if needed?
Yes, absolutely; once the term is finished - you can continue renting Sentry on a month-to-month basis for the same rate as your original agreement.
How does the Sentry get mounted?
Sentry is shipped with a mounting bracket that can accommodate wall mounting and pole mounting up to 12” pole or post.
How does Sentry get power?
Sentry comes with a 25ft 120V power cord (Type B NEMA 5-15). Professional electrical installation can also be performed as there is a ½” conduit knockout and J-box for direct electrical connectivity via conduit.
How many people can access the system to view the cameras?
Unlimited - you can invite as many users as you’d like to be able to utilize the platform simultaneously
How does Sentry work as an alarm system?
Sentry utilizes its cameras with advanced line crossing and human motion detection to trigger an audible recording through its loudspeaker as well as notify the monitoring agent that there has been a breach. The agent will then contact all selected persons for notification and dispatch law enforcement if directed to do so.
How do I ship Sentry back when my term has finished?
You should keep the original packaging that Sentry is originally shipped in. Once your term is finished, you can repack Sentry in its original packaging with a return shipping label that we will email to you. It is very important to keep the original packaging and box. There are additional fees if a new box and packaging is required.
